I’m Alli. While I’m originally from Wilson, North Carolina, I'm currently based in Raleigh and teach out of my studio right here in the City of Oaks. I discovered Pilates while rehabbing my knee in college at NC State University. I fell in love with it immediately. Soon after, I moved to Manhattan to attend graduate school & decided to get certified on the side. It was in New York City that I really dove into the Pilates method and made the transition from student to teacher. I spent almost a decade of my career working for and managing elite Equinox Pilates studios in Lower Manhattan. I attribute my success with this network of renowned studios to the individuals I worked with everyday—my dedicated clients and high-energy group classes.
